Regulatory Investigations and Case Management
We conduct person-centred, trauma-informed investigations for a wide variety of Canadian regulatory agencies. Our expertise spans all areas of regulatory investigations, including misconduct, incompetence, unauthorized practice, and incapacity. We also offer case management, decision writing, and related services as needed.
Workplace Assessments and Investigations
We offer employers a range of services, including investigations into allegations of harassment and bullying, discrimination, failure to accommodate, and poisoned work environments. Our workplace assessments offer insight into, and recommendations for, improvements to team culture and morale, supporting employers in embodying their ideals of respect, inclusion, and integrity.
Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
We offer regulators and employers a wide range of mediation and ADR services. We act as neutral mediators when an independent third party is required, and we also assist clients in creating and instituting their own ADR processes, providing training and ongoing consultation as needed to support implementation.
