SLG is a multidisciplinary partnership founded by three senior investigators and mediators in 2025. Together, we have decades of experience in professional regulation and investigating allegations in healthcare settings, with specialized expertise in sensitively handling serious, complex, and high-profile allegations. We are committed to a practice that is person-centred and trauma-informed, and to providing accessible and culturally humble services. Our combined expertise allows us to effectively manage workflow to ensure consistency in our timelines and excellence in our work product.

SLG is based in Oakville and Toronto, Ontario, the traditional land of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Huron-Wendat, and the Seneca, and we also work occasionally in the territories of other Indigenous Nations. We acknowledge and thank these Nations for their ongoing stewardship of their lands.
